We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
Return labels are only provided to the customer if the shop made a mistake.
In cases where the customer wants to return an item for personal reasons, the customer will have to cover the cost of shipping. Most shipping partners charge between $7-$10 for the typical package size.
Customs & fees for international package
Packages may or may not get stuck in customs.
Craft & Common is not responsible for it nor can refund the fee or do anything to change it.
We make sure that no packages have any prices exposed on the outside in order to make transition easier.
In the event of a package being delivered with proof from the delivery partner’s tracking number but somehow is stolen, Craft & Common is not responsible to offer any refunds or replacement. For packages that got lost in transit and the tracking ID shows the package not being delivered to the doorstep – Craft & Common will either refund or replace the package at no cost after 30 days unclaimed.
If damaged during delivery transit, Craft & Common will ask for the package to be sent back and then will issue a refund or a replacement.
