Coffee Educator
Our Coffee Educator oversees coffee selection, quality control, and all coffee related training and development. They are a perfectionist, scientist, and total coffee nerd...and we wouldn't have it any other way!
Shift Lead
A Shift Lead has great observation skills and can anticipate needs before they arise. They support the management team by training new staff, providing leadership in the cafe, and ensuring all guests have the best experience possible.
BOH Crew
Our BOH crew members are master multitaskers. Not only do they prepare, plate, and serve food, but they also never miss an opportunity to perfectly polish a glass, carefully scrub a hidden corner, and keep our kitchen sparkling clean.
Barista
Our Baristas are the beating heart of our business. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and obsessed with hospitality. Love of coffee and desire to learn more every day is a must!
